- The timer keeps counting if you close the tab or reload — it is stored as a start time, not a ticking number.
- Each entry rounds up to the next increment, the way hourly billing works: a 7-minute call is 0.2 h at tenth-hour billing.
- SIFTY's nudges and desktop alerts only fire while this page is open somewhere — keep it in a pinned tab.
- Forgot to start? Put how many minutes ago you began in “Started min ago” before pressing Start. Every timesheet cell is editable afterwards.
Your data stays on your machine
This tool runs entirely inside your browser tab. What you enter is saved only in this browser’s own storage — never uploaded or sent to a server.

- Entries live in this browser's local storage, which holds tens of thousands of them — years of timesheets.
- Storage is per browser and per device, and clearing site data erases it. Export a CSV at the end of each billing period.
